Stitching Tips, Tricks, Hints, & Tutorials At Nordic Needle we not only have pride in our extensive inventory of great needlework items, but we also take great pleasure in providing our customers and users with relative information, tips, tutorials, facts, and features related to needlework and all kinds of embroidery. This section is dedicated to all the gems of knowledge we have researched and accumulated over the years from our staff and our customers, and we are so happy to share it with you! Since our roots are deeply settled in Hardanger, we have provided a graduating stitching section dedicated solely to Hardanger embroidery in our Hardanger Guide. We also have stitching tips and guides for other types of needlework (Brazilian embroidery, more coming soon - or click here to subscribe to our newsletter to get our guides first-hand!), and in-depth articles about scissors and scissors usage and needles. These stitching tips came to us from our e-mail newsletter subscribers in response to one of our customers, Elaine, when she wrote, "I like cross stitch very much but it takes forever to finish a project. Can you give me a few tips on how to work more effectively to save some time? I currently have projects on hand that should take maybe 150 years to complete."
